How to Install Philz Recovery on Oukitel U18

Download Philz Recovery Root Oukitel U18:

unofficial build of Philz recovery have Now been available for the Oukitel U18, user Who own Oukitel U18 can Root it using the Below Instructions.  to Install custom Recovery on Oukitel U18 First You need to unlock it’s bootloader after that You Can Root it by Flashing Magisk 21.4.zip.

Oukitel U18 Run on MT6750 SoC along With Android 7.0 4GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Memory. it come with 5.8 Inch IPS Display with the Resolution of 720 X 1512 Pixels.

Download Files:

  1. Magisk 21.4
  2. vbmeta.img
  3. Philz recovery Oukitel U18
  4. Platform tools/adb Fastboot tools

Note: Flash vbmeta to fix any bootloop issue..

How to Install custom Recovery on Oukitel U18:

  • Download & Setup Platform tools
  • Download and Extract recovery.img & vbmeta file In Platform tools Folder.
  • Reboot Phone to bootloader by together holding Volume Down and Power Button
  • Connect Phone to PC using the usb cable.
  • open CMD in the Platform tools Folder and Send below Code.

Check Device by Sending below Command:

fastboot devices

flash Recovery by Sending below Command:

fastboot flashing unlock
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot boot recovery.img

Install with SP Flash tool:

  • Download and Extract SP Flash tools on PC
  • Install Mediatek V-COM Driver on PC
  • Download & Extract Philz image with Scatter
  • Run SP Flash tools From Main Screen Select Scatter File Navigate Scatter.txt File form the twrp Folder and again same navigate and Select DA File
  • From the Partition List Select Recovery Partition only. and then Double Click on it Select twrp recovery.img File
  • Click Download and Connect Your Switched off Phone. Done.

How to Root Oukitel U18:

  1. Download & Move Magisk 21.4.zip to Device Storage.
  2. Reboot phone to Philz recovery by Pressing Volume up and Power button
  3. Make a Nandroid backup
  4. Flash Magisk 21.4 and No_verity _opt_encrypt.ZIP via Install.
  5. Reboot System now
