How to Install twrp 3.3 Root LG V30 US998 H930 (JOAN)

twrp 3.3.0 Recovery Now available for the LG V30 user Who own LG V30 can Root it using the Below Instructions. The Recovery is Flashable via Fastboot Method.

Now First of All We have To Install a Custom Recovery to Root LG V30. For that You need to unlock it’s bootloader and after that You Can install Custom Recovery on LG V30. and then You Can Root it by Flashing Magisk.zip.

How to Install twrp Recovery on LG V30:

  1. Download 7 Setup Platform tools from above.
  2. Download and Extract recovery.img [Must Rename recovery.img] file In the Platform tools Folder.
  3. Switch off Phone and together Press Volume Down and Power button it Will boot it in fastboot Mod.
  4. Then Connect Phone to PC using the usb cable.
  5. Now open CMD in the Platform tools Folder and type below Code.

Check Device by Sending below Command:

fastboot devices

flash Recovery by Sending below Command:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

How to Root LG V30:

  1. Download Magisk 21.4.zip File From the above and Move it to Device Storage.
  2. Now Switch off Phone and together Press Volume Up and Power button it Will boot your Phone in twrp.
  3. In the twrp Click on backup Button Select Require Partition and Swipe Slider to Create a nandroid backup.
  4. Click on Install Button and Locate Downloaded Magisk 21.4.zip File and Then Swipe Slider to Install it.

  1. again Click on Install and then Locate No verity opt encrypt.zip and Swipe Slider to Install it.
